1. Information We Collect

Grow-One is operated by MLogic One Inc. (grow.mlogicone.com). When we use "we", "our", or "us", we are referring to MLogic One Inc.

Account Information: When you register for Grow-One, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and professional details to set up your account.

Billing Information: Payment details are handled securely by Stripe. Grow-One does not store full credit card numbers on its servers. We use Stripe's unique fingerprints to detect duplicate accounts and prevent fraud.

Client Leads: We process the information submitted by visitors on your landing page (names, emails, phone numbers) on your behalf. Our system implements intelligent de-duplication and enrichment logic; if a visitor interacts with multiple tools on your site, their record will be updated rather than duplicated to maintain data integrity.

Financial Tool Usage: When a visitor uses the "Smart Calculator" or "Pre-Approval Wizard", we collect the financial data entered (income, debts, down payment) and their contact information. This data is shared with the specific agent/user managing the landing page for advisory purposes.

Application Redirection Data: When a visitor initiates a third-party credit application (e.g., CIC Credit), we capture their contact information *before* the external redirection. This ensures the agent maintains a record of the interest (Lead) in their dashboard and can provide professional follow-up.

Media Assets: Videos, QR codes, and posters generated for your marketing are stored securely in our integrated infrastructure (Google Drive for permanent gallery storage and MinIO for fast public web delivery when shared directly to your website).

Avatar & Personal Photos: When you upload a profile picture (avatar) or personal photos for your marketing materials, these assets are processed internally on our secure servers to generate branding overlays and video effects. **We do not share your personal photos or biometric data with external AI providers for processing; all visual generation using your personal assets is handled within our private infrastructure to ensure maximum privacy.**

Voice Data: When using our Voice Clone feature, we collect and process a 15-second audio sample of your voice. This sample is used solely to generate a synthetic voice model via ElevenLabs. The raw audio sample and the resulting voice ID are associated with your account until deleted by you or upon account termination.

AI Processing & Native Artwork Generation: We utilize Google Gemini for scripts and native artwork generation (AI Flyer) and ElevenLabs for voice models. The inputs provided (property address, price, headlines, and brand color) are shared with these services to generate the requested output. However, your **personal visual identity assets** (agent photos, avatars, and official logos) are never shared with these third-party AI services. Instead, these assets are superposed locally onto AI-generated content within our private infrastructure to ensure maximum privacy. Furthermore, any edits you make to generated scripts or flyers are monitored locally to enforce our content safety policies before any processing begins.

Business Intelligence & Advanced Analytics: We process aggregated data from your account—including lead status distribution, content generation frequency (video, image, and AI operations), and market interaction patterns—to provide you with professional Business Intelligence (BI) visualizations. This data is processed internally to power your "Analytics Hub" and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies & Local Storage: We use browser localStorage to provide a frictionless experience. This includes persisting data entered in our Smart Calculator to pre-populate forms, as well as saving your custom branding adjustments, generated AI scripts, and selected topics across ALL generator tools (Image Generator, Video Audio Generator) so your creative work is preserved between sessions.

2. Data Deletion & Storage Management

We provide you with tools to manage and permanently delete your generated content:

• Manual Deletion: You may delete any generated image, QR code, or video from your dashboard at any time. This action removes the file from our storage servers and, where applicable, moves the permanent copy in your Google Drive to the Trash.
• Media Organization & Display: To help you manage your content library, the system displays full system filenames and provides dynamic sorting/filtering tools. This metadata is stored solely for organizational purposes within your account.
• Automated Cleanup: To protect your privacy and manage storage, any temporary video files or thumbnails created during the "Preview" stage that are not explicitly saved by you (e.g., if you discard the preview or close the modal) are automatically and permanently deleted from our temporary storage.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Service Provision: To operate your customized landing page and dashboard.
• Automation: To generate branded marketing materials using your uploaded assets.
• Notifications & CRM: To send automated alerts for new leads, upcoming monthly payments, and scheduled client follow-up communications (6 months and 1 year post-conversion) to help you manage your pipeline effectively.
• Security: To detect and prevent unauthorized access or fraudulent activity.

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. Data may only be shared with:

• Service Providers: Partners that support our operations, including Stripe (Payments), Google (AI Services), ElevenLabs (Voice Processing), and Pexels (Media Assets). Storage is handled via our private infrastructure.
• Legal Obligations: If required by law or to protect the integrity of our system.

5. Multi-Tenant Data Isolation

Grow-One operates on a strict multi-tenant architecture. Your leads and uploaded assets are strictly isolated. We do not cross-pollinate your leads with other agents on the platform.

6. Data Security

We maintain industry-standard security measures, including encryption during transmission and secure access controls. While we strive to protect your data, no system is 100% secure.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information and client leads only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you cancel your subscription or your account is terminated, we will retain your data for a grace period of 30 days to allow for reactivation, after which your leads, media assets, and cloned voice data may be permanently deleted from our servers.

8. User Rights

You have the right to access, modify, or delete the personal data associated with your account. You can update your profile information directly in the dashboard settings. If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data (including voice clones and generated media), you may contact our support team.
